There were a total of 499 single family home sales in El Paso County for November 2008.  There were fewer sales in Colorado Springs last month when compared to preivious months this year.  Hopefully, the Colorado Springs Real Estate Market will see a better turnout for the month of December.

The Powers area of Colorado Springs took the lead for the month of November with a total of 63 home sales.  The East and Southeast areas came in second with 40 home sales.  Pricing correctly in this market is critical in order to get a home sold.
