Homes sales dropped by 12% in El Paso County for the month of August when compared to the previous month of July. Although total single family home sales dropped, the inventory for single family homes in the Pikes Peak MLS also declined. 

The pie chart below breaks down the total Single Family Home Sales for August 2008 by area.  There are many areas in El Paso County but only major areas in the Colorado Springs Area are listed below. 

Powers and the Northeast area of Colorado Springs often have the most home sales each month as seen in the pie chart below.  Please contact me if you would like market information for another area in El Paso County that is not listed in the graph below.
