Home sales increased in El Paso County by 10.8% for the month of April when compared to the previous month of March. Compared this time last year, single family home sales are 1% lower.
There were 10 additional single family home sales in April 2013. Compared to the previous month of March, the average sales price ($241,004) and the median sales price ($213,500) increased. Last April, the average sales price was $251,161 and the median sales price was $214,925. There continues to be competition among home buyers in the current real estate market and sellers are receiving multiple offers.
