- Organize your garage
- Deep clean your kitchen and bathrooms
- Have the gutters cleaned
- Re-stain your deck or fence if needed
- Paint the walls in your home a neutral color if needed
- Dust! Buyers will notice the layers of dust on your furniture and baseboard
- De-clutter each room in your home
- Go through the house and change all burned out light bulbs
- Check for any plumbing leaks and make repairs if needed
- Change your furnace filter
