Home sales decreased in El Paso County by 19.5% for the month of November when compared to the previous month of October. Compared this time last year, single family home sales are 10.3% higher.
There were 190 additional single family home sales in November 2014. Compared to the previous month of October, the average sales price ($245,488) decreased and the median sales price ($216,750) decreased. Last November, the average sales price was $247,932 and the median sales price was $220,000. There continues to be competition among home buyers in the current real estate market and sellers are receiving multiple offers.
