El Paso County Inventory Statistics for November 2010

Home inventory decreased by 19.8% for the month of November 2010 when compared to six months ago (June 2010).  Compared to the previous month of October, there was a decrease of 7.4% in single family homes for sale.  We are now in the slower season for real estate in Colorado Springs.

Single family Inventory in the Pikes Peak MLS was 10.3% lower in November 2009 and there were 252 additional single family home sales.

Looking at stats for November 2010, Single Family Home Inventory in the Pikes Peak MLS is sitting at 8.7 months (compared to 8.1 months in October).  There is a balanced market in Colorado Springs when inventory sits at 6 months.
