The patio homes in Windmill Creek were built by Orla Homes; these ranch style floor plans have a basement and are around 2,400 square feet. There are nice mountain and Pikes Peak views in this subdivision as well.
There are six patio homes for sale in Windmill Creek and I will be comparing two of the lowest priced listings. The first patio home is located on 4402 Windmill Creek Way and the second patio home is located on 4513 Windmill Creek Way.

This patio home is a short sale and has an unfinished basement. Overall, the home is in good condition except for the stained carpet in the master bathroom. This end unit, has a patio and upper deck that offers nice views. Unlike the other patio home, this property has a walk-out basement and a garden size tub in the master bathroom. This home has a gas fireplace in the living room unlike it’s competitor. There is also a separate laundry room in this unit.

This patio home also has an unfinished basement and is in great conditon. The carpet is clean and new. The master bathroom does not have a bathtub but it does have a large shower. Unlike the short sale listing, this property has tile flooring in the kitchen and bathrooms. One drawback to this home is that it backs to Bradley Rd and it does not have a walk-out basement or a deck. Although both patio homes are ranch floor plans, this property had a slightly different layout which I preferred. This floor plan has the master bedroom and second bedroom on opposite sides of the home unlike it’s competitor.
