Homes are selling in Colorado Springs if they are priced correctly.  One of my listings in Colorado Springs recently went under contract in 19 days.

The buyers bought a completely upgraded home in Ridgeview at Stetson Hills for a great price.

Pricing in this market is key and can mean the difference between your home in Colorado Springs selling or sitting.  There are many factors that impact how quickly a home sells including condition and location but pricing is one of the most important factors.

When selecting an agent to sell your home, I advise to base your decision on the agent’s marketing plan for your home not the price the agent will list your home at.  Overpricing a home does not help anyone involved.
