Homes sales dropped by 23.1% in El Paso County for the month of November when compared to the previous month of October.
There were 168 more single family home sales in November 2007 when compared to total single family home sales for November 2008. Although there were fewer sales than this time last year, there were an additional 420 single family homes on the market in November 2007. The average ($213,466) and median ($187,000) sales price decreased when compared to the previous month of October.
